The restoration of a rural building on the island of Elba, surrounded by an olive grove and just a few steps from the sea, has transformed the structure into an elegant summer residence.
Thanks to the intervention of the architects Geraldine Naldini and Giacomo Spezza, and the collaboration with c.op.èrta, exclusive spaces have been created, featuring unique pieces specifically designed for this holiday home.
This type of renovation has preserved the essence of the location, blending traditional elements with a high-level contemporary design and exclusive home decor by c.op.èrta.
